Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your APIS watch.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Free 30-Day Returns

All APIS watches are covered by our free 30-day returns policy. The 30 days starts on the date of delivery.

Important - To be eligible for a return and full refund, your watch must meet the following criteria:

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must not remove any protective coverings or films when trying the watch on.
  • Damage, markings, scuffs, scratches or any other signs of wear will make your watch ineligible for a refund.
  • You must include all original packaging, accessories and documentation when sending the watch back to us.

How Returns Work

Simply fill in the form below ensuring you include your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions for returning your watch and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Once your watch has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds can take upto 14 working days to appear on yoru banks statement. If you have not received your refund and your return was confirmed as received by us more than 14 days ago, please use the contact us form here.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your watch for another model or dial colour, please use the form below and state EXCHANGE explicitly, your order number and the desirged model/colour and a member of our team will be in touch to organise this for you.

Damaged or Faulty Watches

Every APIS watch is carefully assembled, tested and inspected before it leaves our workshop.

However, in the unlikley event your watch arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please record evidence of the damage, packaging, contents and contact us immediately.

We will work quickly to replace or refund your watch as appropriate.

Warranty

Every APIS watch is built with care, assembled by hand and thoroughly inspected before it leaves our workshop.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a 2-Year International Warranty on all APIS watches.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

Examples of covered issues may include:

  • Mechanical movement defects
  • Manufacturing faults affecting timekeeping performance
  • Defects in the case, crown or assembly
  • Faults arising from the watch's original construction

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, APIS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components free of charge.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts or misuse
  • Damage caused by improper handling or unauthorised repairs
  • Water damage resulting from misuse or operation outside the watch's rated water resistance
  • Straps, unless a manufacturing defect is present upon delivery
  • Loss or theft

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs or video where appropriate

We will assess the issue and provide instructions for inspection, repair or replacement.
