As an independent watchmaker, we produce, finish and assemble our watches by hand in small controlled batches rather than large-scale factory runs.
While we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, we do not wish to rush our craft. Whilst most orders will ship within 3-4 business days, others may require additional assembly time depending on stock levels and demand.
If your order is affected by an extended lead time, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely confident in your APIS watch, and we are sure you will be. However, as watch loves ourselves we understand what looks good on a screen doesn't always suit the wrist.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You may also opt to exchange for a different model where we will refund the difference if there is one, or you may pay the difference if the exchanged model is more expensive than the returning item.
